Our fine dining restaurant on the seventh floor offers sophisticated fusion dining, blending cultural influences from around the globe.
You can travel the world in a single meal, perhaps starting with Iranian mutton kofta on roasted aubergine and pomegranate salad. Then linger over baked red snapper marinated with tahini and sumac, served with Spanish saffron rice and olive tomato gravy, before ending up with tropical fruit kebab flamed in red rum and accompanied by wood apple, mango cassata and toffee cream.
Naturally, we have an equally international wine list to match your menu.
Dinner is served 7.30-10pm.
