Please note that in order for the domestic rates to be applicable the Sri Lankan Identity card or the local resident VISA should be produced upon check in at the hotel. Handicrafts and souvenirs
Our souvenir shop is a treasure trove of local crafts, including handloom bags and clothes, batik shirts, soft toys, woodcarvings and woven baskets and hats. You can also buy notebooks of recycled paper and elephant dung made in Heritance Kandalama’s Eco Park.

Jewellery
Did you know that the sapphire in Kate Middleton’s engagement ring (which previously belonged to Princess Diana) came from Sri Lanka?
Premadasa stocks precious and semi-precious stones – including sapphires, rubies, topaz and moonstones – and jewellery from Sri Lanka, set in white and yellow 18-carat gold and silver. Everything is guaranteed with a certificate of authenticity, and hotel guests get a discount.
