Natural Sunburn Soother

A treatment specially designed to calm your body after exposure to the sun. We press cool lavender- and chamomile-infused towels onto affected skin to reduce the heat. Once your skin has cooled down, we apply soothing cream to heal the skin. Treatment includes foot acupressure or a scalp massage.

Jet Lag Recovery

A rebalancing treatment that stimulates your circulation, reduces swelling and eases muscle tension. This includes a body massage with aromatherapy oil to revive your circulation, a head massage to re-awaken your senses and Six Senses herbal tea to reset your internal clock.

Healing Hands is our new Six Senses Signature treatment. It includes pressure points for the arms, shoulder, neck and scalp. We also massage your hands to stimulate the different points related to your organs.  We use mandala cards at the beginning of the treatment, and from the card you pick, we will choose a flower essence that will support you to relax both your mind and emotions. Benefits from this treatment are released blockages, cleansing, deep calm and relaxation for body, mind and emotions.

Sri Lankan Herbal Compress

Sri Lankan Herbal Compress is a bundle of different herbs that is placed in a cloth and secured with a band. Herbs that are commonly used are stimulating and detoxifying herbs such as ginger root, tamarind, kaffir lime, lemon, mandarin orange, camphor and cinnamon. Herbal compresses are frequently used with fusion massage techniques. Hot herbal compresses can increase energy flow, improve circulation, relax muscles and increase flexibility.
