  • If cancelled or modified, 3 days prior to the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in the event of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of a refund, once approved from management refund will be done within 14 to 21 days.
  • The total amount of the reservation will be charged 3 days before arrival date

Our resorts will arrange transfer vessels for movement from and to Velena International Airport. It is mandatory that the guests use this channel for any and all transfers.

  • This website accepts payments in United States Dollars (US$) only. Please note that neither Aitken Spence Hotels Managements (Pvt) Ltd nor the Hotel owning Company it represents on this website, will be liable for any exchange rate losses/gain due to any transactions/refunds processed irrespective of customer’s credit/debit card currency.
  • Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder’s credit card, please contact the property as the property will provide the bank details to make a bank transfer.

  • Guests are required to carry a negative PCR result for COVID-19, taken not more than 96 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure from first port of embarkation en-route to Maldives. As mandated by Health Protection Agency Maldives (HPA) regulations, the negative PCR result must be carried by all guests, including those who have completed the prescribed dose(s) of a COVID-19 vaccine. Only children below the age of one are exempted from the requirement.
  • Movement between islands are now restricted. As the safety of our guests and associates take precedence, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding that the resorts will not permit entry to guests travelling from another island or island resort.
  • We do not undertake responsibility for unsuitable tides, weather, and sea conditions causing disruptions, delays or cancellation of any transfers. Costs incurred due to same will not be refundable in such cases.
  • Due to severe weather conditions, if guests cannot be transferred to (only) the resort from Malé, the resort will relocate the guest in the city in a tourist accommodation, based on availability.
  • The transfer time duration is approximate and may change depending on conditions such as weather, tides, rough seas.
  • There will be a waiting time of up to three hours for sea plane transfers. This may vary depending on weather and other external conditions. During such times, guests will be accommodated at the Adaaran Lounge.
  • In some cases, with seaplane transfers, the luggage may not be transported on the same flight as the flight the passengers’ travel and it may be forwarded on a later flight or via speedboat. Please note transfers are conducted by a third-party supplier and the resort is not liable for loss or damages of any item.
  • Luggage allowance for seaplane transfer is 20 Kg main Luggage and 5 kg Hand Luggage per person. . Guests may incur additional charge for excess luggage.
  • Seaplanes fly between 06:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Guests arriving after 16:00hrs on any International flight and guests with departure flights leaving before 09:00hrs, may have to stay the first and last night in Malé.
  • Offerings may change due to national health and safety regulations and guidelines in line with COVID-19 mitigation, without prior notice
