Booking Conditions

The offer will be valid only for the participating bank’s credit card holders during the aforementioned period of the offer
The discounted rate is only applicable for bookings made during;

Rates may be subject to change due to the prevailing condition in the country.
Offer is valid for stays between 1 July – 31 August 2022
Reservations to be made by visiting the Aitken Spence Hotels website (Booking link) only.
Reservations will be confirmed on availability, on a first-come-first-serve basis

Payment

Full payment must be made to secure the booking
The payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable
Discount is applicable for base room categories only. For higher room categories relevant supplement(s) will be added to be fully borne by the customer
Discount is not applicable for extras consumed at the property
The discount given is based on the rack rate as determined by the company and not on rates that may be published on other platforms

Stay Conditions

Offer applicable only for Sri Lankans and Sri Lanka resident visa holders
Cardholder must be present for the duration of the booked stay period for the offer to be valid
Cardholder is required to submit the credit card & NIC/passport upon arrival at the Hotel for verification purposes
Offer will not be valid if referred to at the time of check-in or checkout
Health and safety procedures in place at the hotel, in line with company, local and national guidelines should be adhered to
The offer is subject to prevailing provincial travel restrictions in the country. All bookings should be made avoiding periods of travel restriction, if any, as of the date of offer
Kindly note meals served will be on a la carte or buffet, based on the hotels occupancy and will be determined by the hotel management

Amendments and Cancellations

Name changes will not be accepted once the payment is made
For cancellations, full payment is non-refundable
For amendments of date of stay due to reasonable circumstances (at the discretion of Management and date availability) during the same period, the same discount will be applied
The discount will not be applicable for changes made for future bookings outside the promotional period
