Personalized Consultation: Begin your journey with a comprehensive consultation, including pulse diagnosis, to assess your current health, identify dosha imbalances, and craft a tailored detox plan.
Panchakarma Detox Treatments: A curated detox programme incorporating Panchakarma therapies to purify the body, eliminate toxins, and restore internal equilibrium.
Ayurvedic Therapies: Includes Abhyanga (oil applications), acupuncture, and additional therapies tailored to your unique health needs.
Herbal Medicines and Supplements: Ayurvedic herbal remedies prescribed to support detoxification, restore balance, and aid in recovery. Additional medicines may be provided for post-stay continuity.
Yoga and Meditation Sessions: Daily yoga sessions (6 days a week) to facilitate physical and mental recovery, complemented by weekly meditation sessions for enhanced relaxation and emotional clarity.
