Seamless hospitality from check in to check out. Top class cuisine both set menu or buffet. Very caring staff both at Front office and the Restaurant. Fantastic hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Heritance Negombo. I stayed with my 4 young children and wife. Hotel services, facilities, food and care were excellent. Mr Prassana was very helpful and professional and made our stay memorable. We had our medical school reunion at the same time which was a great success. Hotel staff was very helpful. We will definitely come back again
