Настоящие правила и условия применимы к бронированиям, сделанным через систему бронирования отелей на всемирном сайте «Heritance Hotels». Через нее производятся все бронирования в «Heritance Aarah». Данные положения и условия не распространяются на бронирования, сделанные туристическими агентствами или операторами, к которым применяются соответствующие правила и процедуры.

Индивидуальное или групповое бронирование может быть осуществлено на количество номеров от одного (01) до 10. Для бронирования более 10 номеров, пожалуйста, обратитесь по адресу res.aarah@heritancehotels.com.

Бронирование после подтверждения является гарантированным.

Политика отмены

 

Если вы не можете совершить поездку или воспользоваться размещением и услугами, ранее подтвержденными по электронной почте, может взиматься плата за отмену бронирования.

 

Изменение продолжительности пребывания или дат бронирования считается переносом. Перенос дат возможен при наличии свободных номеров и уплаты сборов, но также может считаться отменой бронирования. В случае сокращения срока пребывания политика аннулирования будет применяться в отношении отмененных ночей. Если депозит за бронирование подлежит возврату (по усмотрению администрации), просим учесть, что комиссии за использование кредитной карты или разница в сумме из-за колебания курсов валют возврату не подлежат.

Ответственность за отмену, досрочный отъезд и незаезд несет исключительно клиент, и с него взимается соответствующая плата, как указано ниже:

For travel between 1 May 2025 and 30 September 2025 Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to the confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 1 October 2025 and 31 October 2025 Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 1 November 2025 and 20 December 2025 Cancellations that are made less than twelve (12) days prior to confirmed day will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 21 December 2025 and 08 January 2026 Cancellations that are made less than twenty-eight (28) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.

For travel between 9 January 2026 and 5 April 2026 Cancellations that are made less than eighteen (18) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 6 April 2026 and 31 July 2026 Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 1 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 1 September 2026 and 30 September 2026 Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.
For travel between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026 Cancellations that are made less than three (3) days prior to confirmed day of stay will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.

 

Non-Refundable Policy

 

If a non-refundable offer is booked, the resort will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room charges.

 

Prepayment Policy

 

The total room charge will incur at any time after booking.

 

Early departures or no-shows

 

A fee equivalent to 100% per night plus taxes for early departures applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent to the value of the entire stay plus taxes and one-way transfer will be incurred. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement weather are fully chargeable.

 

Payments

 

The resorts accept payments only in Cash (USD / Euro) or with Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / AMEX). Other payment methods such as union pay are also accepted for in-resort payment only. cheques will not be accepted.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in / making payment at the resort. If you are making payment using another cardholder’s credit card, please contact the property as the property shares the required documentation for same.

 

Environmental Tax

 

A special environmental tax (Green Tax) of USD 12, per person, per night will be charged for arrivals. This will be collected upon arrival.

 

Travel Insurance

 

All resorts reserve the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather, or other circumstances. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirmation and acceptance of terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.

 

Rate changes

 

Please be advised that service charges, fees and taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice in accordance with the law. The prevailing tax rates at the time of stay will be charged.

Arrival and Departure

 

Check-in time

 

Check-in time at the resorts is at 14.00 hrs/02.00 p.m. Early check-in is subject to availability on the date of arrival and may include additional charges.

 

Checkout time

 

The checkout time at the resorts is 12.00 hrs/12.00 noon. Late checkout is subject to availability and payments.

 

Arrival Information

 

Our Airport Representatives will welcome guests at the arrival terminal in the Airport where they will be holding the resort’s sign board. They will guide you to the appropriate transfer vessel to begin your journey to the resort.

Our counter number in the airport is counter B-3.

 

Transfers

 

Seaplane Transfers:

 

For the health and safety of our guests and associates, the resort do not allow guests to utilize transfers which do not belong to the resorts. Please note that the transfers will only be arranged on a combined basis.

 

Please note that the seaplane will only fly during daylight hour.

 

The transfers are made by a third-party vendor and is subject to their terms and conditions.

  • If your flight arrives before 15.30 hrs/03.30 p.m., transfer to the resort will be arranged the same day
  • If your flight arrives after 15.30 hrs/03.30 p.m., you will need to make arrangement for an overnight stay in Malé
  • If your flight departure is prior to 09.10 hrs/a.m., you will need to make arrangement for an overnight stay in Malé
  • Seaplane transfers will not take place during adverse weather conditions

 

There will be a waiting time of up to three hours for seaplane transfers. This may vary depending on weather and other external conditions. During such times, guests will be accommodated at the Heritance Aarah Lounge.

Transfer costs are subject to change without notice, based on vessel provider.

Due to severe weather conditions, if a guest cannot be transferred to the resort from Malé (only), the resort will relocate the guest in the city in a tourist accommodation, based on availability.

Transfer timings and duration mentioned in any and all collateral are approximate; and may change due to conditions such as weather, tides, rough seas, etc.

 

Domestic + Speedboat Transfers:

Luggage Transfer

 

For seaplane transfers, on occasion, luggage may not be transported on the same flight as the passenger. It may be forwarded on a later flight or via speedboat.

Luggage allowance for seaplane transfer is 20 kg for main luggage and 5 kg for hand luggage per person. Guests may incur additional charge for excess luggage.

Please note that transfers mentioned above are conducted by a third-party supplier. The resort cannot be held liable for loss or damages of any item.

 

The resort cannot be held responsible for disruptions, delays or cancellations of transfers as a result of adverse weather conditions, such as (but not limited to) unsuitable tides, sea conditions, weather patterns. Cost incurred due to such incident are non-refundable.

 

Other Information

 

Child and Infant Policy

 

Junior guests under the age of two (1.99) years are considered ‘Infants’, while those between the ages of two (2) and eleven (11.99) years are considered ‘Children’.

Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by room, child rates will apply for accommodation. Appropriate child rates in accordance with the resort will also apply for transfers, special F&B events and other.

 

Celebration Benefits

 

  • To be eligible for Anniversary Benefits, at the time of booking, the wedding certificate copy must be submitted and the travel should apply to the anniversary date.
  • To be eligible for Honeymoon Benefits, at the time of booking, the wedding certificate copy to be submitted and the travel should be within 6 month from date of marriage.
  • To be eligible for Birthday Benefits, at the time of the booking a request should be made. The date will be validated with the provided personal details and the travel date should apply to the Birthday.

 

Minimum age

 

There must be at least one guest of minimum 18-years of age, with a valid credit card, present upon check-in at the resort. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party against this credit card.
